After being a Professor’s assistant in French Family Law at the University of Nanterre (Paris X), Alla DYUKA obtained multifaceted experience as a lawyer, legal advisor to victims’ aid associations NGO, and in courts with a focus on international, and comparative family law.
Alla DYUKA has extensive experience in the field of parental child abduction cases and, more generally, in children’s and parental rights. She has taken part in conferences and has given training courses for professionals (magistrates, police, lawyers) in France and abroad.
She is the author of articles published in French, English and Russian.
She defended her doctoral thesis in private law and criminal sciences on "The filiation of children born of medically assisted procreation in the States of the former USSR: Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus".
